Seiber Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Smart Lister mobile app and the website at smartlister.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We collect the following categories of information:
When you register, we collect your email address, name, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and optional eBay store name.
Photos you capture or select for analysis, along with any title, description, price, condition, item specifics, or other listing data you create or that the AI generates on your behalf.
When you connect your eBay seller account via OAuth, we receive and store OAuth tokens, your eBay user ID, store identifiers, and the marketplace data needed to read listings, post listings, fetch orders, and read seller messages on your behalf. We do not receive your eBay password.
Subscription and one-time payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. We receive a limited record of each transaction (such as Stripe customer ID, session ID, amount, status, and timestamps) for accounting and account-status purposes.
We collect technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, crash logs, and feature-usage events (e.g., how often the AI scan is used, error rates).
If you opt in to notifications, we store the device token issued by the operating system so we can deliver messages to your device.
If you email us, we retain the content of those messages.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Service is not directed at children.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or listing data with advertisers.
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Seiber Solutions LLC, our users, or the public.
We retain account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Stripe and eBay retain transactional records under their own policies.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, salted-and-hashed passwords, OAuth scoping (we request only the marketplace permissions we need), and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
